اللحمه انا استخدمتها من عرق الفلتو تنفع مع الكلاته او السمانه او الانتر كوت او الستيك هايخدوا اجمالي وقت نص ساعه بالكتير بس نكون مقطعينها مكعبات صغيره🥩
ملح وفلفل بس 🧂
قطع بصله
٢فلفل اخضر
٢ فص ثوم
مكعبات ١ حبة طماطم
ربع كوب كزبره مفرومه
