ايش نحتاج مقادير

•سبانخ مقطعه
•ماشروم
•بصل
•ملح وفلفل اسود
لصوص البشاميل

•3 ملاعق دقيق
•كاستين حليب
•زبده
•جبنه سايله

طريقة التحضير

•نضيف البصل والزيت في مقلاه ونضيف السبانخ والماشروم لين تدبل ونضعها في صينيه
•صوص البشاميل
•نحمر الدقيق شويا بزبده ونضيف الحليب بالتدريج مع التحريك المستمر
•واخر شي الجبنه السائله
•نصب البشاميل عالسبانخ وندخلها الفرن وبالعافيه
