في قدر نحط زيت وشويه زيت الزيتون
٤ حبات بصل ناعم ونحمسهم مع بعض اللين يذبل
نظيف ٥ حبات طماطم مهروسين وملعقتين صلصه طماطم
ربع ملعقه فلفل اسود -ملح -نصف ملعقه كمون -ربع ملعقه كزبره جافه ونحمسهم اللين ينشف مويه الطماطم
نطفي النار ونحط فوقها بقدونس وشويه نعناع مفرومين كوبين ونصف رز مصري مغسول -ملح -نصف ملعقه كمون -ربع ملعقه فلفل اسود -ربع ملعقه كزبره جافه -زيت الزيتون ونخلطهم مع بعض
نسلق حبتين كرمب ونقطعها زيما موضح بالفديو
ونحشيها بالرز ونصفها ونحط فوقها ٥ قطع ثوم مقطع صغار او مفروم بقدر ونحط فوقها ثقل نذوب كاسين ونصف مويه مغلي مع مكعب ماجي وصلصه طماطم ونصبها فوق الملفوف اللين يغطي الملفوف بالمويه نحطها عالنار ونرفع النار اللين يغلي ثم نخفف النار ونغطي القدر ونتركها ساعه ونصف او ساعتين
