سلطه بصوص التفاح والزنجبيلايش نحتاج مكونات؟١/٢خس١ جزر مبشوره٢ خيار١ كبيره بطاطس مكونات الصوص ١/٢ بصله ١ قطعه زنجبيل صغيره طازه١ م.ص ثوم مفروم١/٢ كوب مايونيز ١ م.ص ملح ٢ م.ك عسل ١ م.ك خل الارز١/٤ كوب ماء ً١/٢حبه تفاح اخضر١/٢ جزره مقطعه كيف نسوي الوصفه؟لعمل الصوص ،احط التفاح والجزر والمايونيز وخل الارز والملح والعسل والبصل والثوم والماء واخلطهم بالخلاط اليدوي لحد مايصير عندي الخليط ناعم.نحضر الخضار الخس والجزر والخيار واحط فوقها البطاطس المقليه وفوقها الصوص.
