كبه التوست
نص باكيت توست
واحد علبه حليب مبخر
وللحشوه
ربع كيلو لحم مفروم
ملعقتين صنوبر
بصله مفرومه
بهارات الحشوه
فلفل اسود ملعقه ص
فلفل احمر ملعقه ص
ملعقه قرفه صغيره
ملعقعه كبيره ملح
طريقه التحضير
نفرم التوست في محضره الطعام ونحط فوقه الحليب المبخر ونحط فيه القرقه شوي والفلفل الاسود ونعجن الين ماتتماسك
بعدها نجهز الحشو
عالنار زيت وفوقه البصل وانقلب وبعدها اللحم وانقلب ولمن يستوي نحط البهارات فلفل اسود وقرفه وببريكا وملح واخر شي نضيف الصنوبر
ونبدأ نحشي الكبه بهذا الشكل زي ماهو موضح ونقليها في زيت غميق ونقدمها
